Students of the graduating groups of the Bakhmut Pedagogical College have successfully completed their internships, which this year were held in a mixed format.
25 students worked directly in preschool education institutions in different cities of Ukraine: Kyiv, Pavlohrad, Boryspil, Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Zhovti Vody, Kamianske, Myrhorod, Oleksandria, Pyatikhatky, Svitlovodsk, Uzhhorod, and Chernivtsi. 20 students joined the educational process in an online format on the basis of preschool education institutions of the Bakhmut community.
This approach to organizing the internship allowed students to combine traditional forms of interaction with children and distance learning technologies, demonstrating high professional readiness, creativity, and flexibility.
During the internship, the graduates actively implemented modern forms of pedagogical activities aimed at the comprehensive development of preschoolers. The following activities were the most enthusiastic among the kids:
Quest walks, which not only contributed to the development of logic and attention, but also strengthened the physical health of preschoolers.
Research activities that taught children to observe, draw conclusions and ask questions.
Game activities, which included mini-performances, interactive classes with elements of theater and storytelling.
National and patriotic education: themed holidays, folklore minutes, creative workshops, which helped to form children's national consciousness.
The students showed a high level of mastery of pedagogical technologies and the ability to organize a safe, interesting, and educational environment for children.

Graduates used elements of STEAM education, partnership pedagogy, integrative approaches, interactive games and multimedia, and effectively collaborated with educators and parents.
The administrations of preschool education institutions noted the professionalism, initiative and responsibility of the college graduates.
The internship was an important step in the development of future teachers. It showed that the students of Bakhmut Pedagogical College have mastered the necessary knowledge and skills, and are able to apply them creatively and flexibly in practice.
