In May 2025, a unique youth project combining environmental education, creative expression, and psycho-emotional support was completed in Dobropillia.
The EcoSense initiative, created as part of the DIY Community mini-grant competition with the support of UNICEF, has become a real platform for growth - personal, team, and community.
The participants received 5 main skills:
- Working with emotions
- Eco-practices and nature care
- Teamwork and support
- Creative thinking
- Eco-awareness and critical thinking
The project reached more than 150 young people, but its strength is not in numbers. Its value lies in the depth of experience that each participant took away with them: confidence, skills, support.
"EcoSense is about development that makes sense. It is about skills that form active, responsible youth. It is about actions that restore the world - not loudly, but in a real way.
