Under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held.
During the meeting, issues related to the status of public procurement planned and carried out in 2026 by the Druzhkivka city territorial community were considered.
According to information from the regional state administration's Department of Economy, between February 3 and 12, 2026, customers in the region's 13 territorial communities planned 47 procurements of goods, works, and services for a total amount of 122 million 300 thousand hryvnias. Of these, 26 contracts have been concluded for the purchase of goods, including electricity and heat energy, gasoline and diesel fuel, pharmaceutical products, wood, wire products, hospital supplies, radio-electronic warfare equipment, as well as for the repair and maintenance of motor vehicles, funeral and related services.
Separate information was provided on the status of procurement in the Druzhkivka city territorial community. For the period from January 1 to February 12, 2026, the community plans to make 26 purchases of goods and services for a total amount of 34 million hryvnias.
Andriy Pankov, head of the Druzhkivka City Military Administration, reported in more detail on procurement, in particular on the purchase of fuel and lubricants, heat, and electricity.
Following the discussion, the meeting participants emphasized the need for strict adherence to the principles of openness, transparency, and accountability in public procurement.
The working group will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by local communities in the region.
