As part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” an online meeting was held between representatives of the social protection departments of the Zhmerynka and Druzhkivka communities.
The event was organized to facilitate the exchange of experiences, improve the quality of handling inquiries, and establish effective cooperation with the Main Directorates of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
Meeting participants discussed issues related to the registration of inquiries in the Unified Information System of the Social Sphere (UISS), the procedure for reviewing inquiries by the Pension Fund of Ukraine, and compliance with processing deadlines.
They assessed the changes implemented in the UISS software—the transfer of appeal verification from the level of Administrative Service Centers/local communities to the level of the Main Directorates of the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The meeting took place in a constructive and businesslike atmosphere. As a result, the parties agreed on further cooperation, information exchange, and mutual support with the aim of improving the quality of services provided to citizens.
