As of February 10, 2026, the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region has allocated UAH 1,854.9 million for social payments.
1️⃣ Pension payments — UAH 1,485.6 million
✅ Pensions through banking institutions have been financed up to February 10, and through postal service offices up to February 13, 2026.
Pensions for military personnel have been financed in full.
2️⃣ Housing subsidies and benefits for January 2026 — UAH 47.4 million
3️⃣ Compensation for temporary accommodation of internally displaced persons (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated December 31, 2024 No. 1544) — UAH 0.1 million
4️⃣ Insurance payments — UAH 253.0 million, including:
sick leave payments — UAH 4.7 million;
payments for external care and medical services — UAH 1.3 million.
Including expenditures under the new functions of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (since July 1, 2025):
🔸 basic social assistance (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 25, 2025 No. 371) — UAH 0.5 million;
🔹 state social assistance (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 11, 2025 No. 695) — UAH 50.4 million;
🔸 state social assistance and scholarships (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 25, 2025 No. 765) — UAH 7.0 million;
🔹 certain state assistance payments (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 23, 2025 No. 766) — UAH 10.5 million.
