A training session for representatives of educational institutions on the topic "Harmony within me. Mandala therapy" was held at the educational and cultural hub of the Dobropil community in the city of Dnipro.
The event was conducted by Nika Novik, a practical psychologist at Bilitska School No. 10, with the support of employees of the culture department and educators. The training was conducted to relieve emotional tension, activate internal resources, promote self-awareness and creative self-expression, and to foster a positive emotional state among educators.
The program combined modern psychological techniques and communication: associative cards and mandala therapy. Educators first worked with images that reflected their emotional state, and then immersed themselves in creating their own mandalas — symbols of inner harmony and balance.
The creative process was accompanied by relaxing music, and, step by step, the educators filled their works with colors and textures, creating a space of balance and inspiration. The final stage was a short reflection, where everyone shared their impressions and feelings.
Such events are an important part of psychological support for teachers during times of war. They help restore inner balance, find resources for further work, and maintain faith in the power of creativity and humanity.
