More than 450 job seekers and employers from different parts of the country joined the online platform of the regional event “Job Fair: Building a Career Together!”
Leading companies took part in the event, including PJSC Research and Production Enterprise “RADIY,” the supermarket chain “Silpo,” OKKO filling stations, Kyiv Confectionery Factory “ROSHEN,” and LLC “KAMELIA-PR.” They presented актуальні job openings across various sectors — from manufacturing and retail to the service industry.
Employers introduced participants to working conditions, salary levels, and opportunities for professional growth. Special attention was also given to additional benefits, including housing options or compensation for accommodation expenses for employees relocating from other regions.
Residents of Donetsk region and internally displaced persons — including veterans and people with disabilities — had the opportunity to explore a wide range of вакансії, assess working conditions and pay levels, and make informed decisions about employment and potential relocation.
The online format made it possible to engage a large number of job seekers simultaneously, establish direct communication with employers, and receive answers to their questions.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, asked questions, and received detailed responses.
According to preliminary results, 168 participants expressed interest in employers’ offers and exchanged contacts for further communication with HR representatives.
