Under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held. This week, the group reviewed purchases made by the Illinivska rural community during the current year.

Volodymyr Marynych, head of the Illinivska village military administration, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned 31 purchases of goods and services worth UAH 69 million. The head of the community noted that most of the funds were spent on supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine, constructing defensive structures, and purchasing fuel and lubricants, anti-drone nets, film, and electronic warfare equipment.

Ihor Boiko noted that, according to information from the regional administration's Department of Economy, between August 26 and September 4, 2025, customers in the region's 16 territorial communities planned 34 purchases worth 133.7 million hryvnias.

Of the 34 procurements, 17 contracts were concluded for the purchase of goods, namely: radio-electronic warfare equipment, gasoline, diesel fuel, and vehicle repair services. The procurements also included major repairs to the heating, water supply, and sewage systems of outpatient clinic No. 4 in Kramatorsk.

Ihor Boiko emphasized that the Transparency and Accountability Working Group, which also includes representatives of law enforcement agencies, will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by communities in the region.
