Information on Reception and Service of Citizens

The Main Directorate of the Pension Fund of Ukraine in Donetsk region ensures the reception and service of residents of the region on issues related to pension provision, housing subsidies and benefits, as well as insurance and social payments.

As of 01.08.2025, a total of 289.1 thousand services have been provided, including 260.2 thousand on pension provision, 23.2 thousand on subsidies and benefits, 1.1 thousand on social payments, and 4.5 thousand on social insurance.

✔ By type of application, services were provided as follows: 55.5 thousand through the front office, 161.7 thousand via the web portal, and 1.5 thousand through authorized officials of the executive bodies of territorial communities.

🔸 Specialists of the Main Directorate provided 32.1 thousand consultation services to citizens who called the Main Directorate’s hotline numbers.

🔹 In addition, 30.0 thousand written requests were processed.

☝ Today, any issue related to pension provision, housing subsidies, benefits, or social insurance can be resolved:

▫ via the web portal of the Pension Fund of Ukraine — https://portal.pfu.gov.ua;
▫ using the mobile application “Pension Fund”;
▫ by contacting the Citizen Service Units of the Main Directorate directly — regardless of place of registration or residence;
