Iryna Baisa is originally from Shcherbynivka in Donetsk region. After the occupation of the settlement, her family was forced to relocate to Hlobyno in Poltava region. In this new place, she faced a key question — how to find a job that would match her experience and abilities.
With a qualification in “organization of transport services by road” and work experience as a dispatcher, sales assistant, and transport worker, Iryna had always demonstrated responsibility in her jobs. However, after her employment contract ended late last year, the job search in a new region proved challenging.
Iryna turned to the Employment Service — a decision that became pivotal in her professional path. Specialists helped her select suitable job options based on her experience, involved her in online events, and provided consultations and practical advice to help her feel confident during interviews.
The communication trainings with employers were particularly useful, Iryna says: how to present herself, ask questions, and feel confident throughout the interview process.
Thanks to this preparation, Iryna successfully passed her interview and was hired as a cleaner at TsukorAgroProm LLC.
Today, she is successfully working in her new position and planning for the future.
