Under the chairmanship of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the Transparency and Accountability Working Group was held. This week, the working group reviewed purchases made by the Novodonetsk settlement territorial community.
Yuriy Lyulka, head of the Novodonetsk SVA, reported that since the beginning of the year, the community has planned 25 purchases of goods and services worth UAH 57 million. The head of the community noted that most of the funds were spent on the purchase of fuel and lubricants, construction materials, repair of motor vehicles, and the needs of municipal institutions, as well as on the purchase of electronic warfare equipment and modular shelters.
Ihor Boiko noted that, according to information from the regional administration's Department of Economy, between November 18 and November 27, 2025, customers in the region's 16 communities planned 29 purchases worth almost 30.1 million hryvnias.
Of the 29 procurements, 9 contracts were concluded for the purchase of goods (charging stations, diesel fuel, gasoline), services for the retrofitting (reservation) of special equipment, and the construction of a modular gas boiler room in Kramatorsk.
Ihor Boiko emphasized that the Transparency and Accountability Working Group, which also includes representatives of law enforcement agencies, will continue to monitor purchases made and planned by communities in the region.
