service conditions, including work schedules, social guarantees, and equipment;
selection stages, such as preparing documents, passing a medical examination, and completing physical fitness tests.
The meeting was not limited to a presentation. Participants actively asked questions. The greatest interest concerned requirements for specialized education, opportunities to study at departmental institutions, and the level of financial support.
