At the Koshmanivsky Village Cultural Center in the Poltava region, a family event titled “Creativity Unites” was held at the initiative of the NGO “Time of the Free” and with the support of the NGO “CrimeaSOS.”
The event was held as part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities” in collaboration with the Khlibodarivska community in Donetsk Oblast and the Mashivska community in Poltava Oblast.
On this day, adults and children alike immersed themselves in a world of fantasy. The adults, together with Svitlana Fomenko, tried their hand at doodling—drawing patterns, lines, and small details, relaxing their minds and giving free rein to their creativity. Meanwhile, the children worked with Ksenia Konyushok using air-dry clay to create their own autumn-themed compositions.
It was especially heartwarming that every child went home with a small autumn plate featuring vegetables that they had molded themselves, while the adults took home their own incredible drawings.
“Creativity Unites” is about the opportunity to be together, to let our imaginations run wild, to support one another, and to strengthen the bonds between communities.
