As part of the “Side by Side: United Communities” project, the #IRecite2026 recitation contest was held, serving as a vivid example of cultural cooperation and creative unity between the Bilohorodka and Soledar communities.
Contestants from both communities demonstrated their mastery of artistic recitation, their love of the written word, and a deep understanding of poetry. Participants presented a variety of works—from classical Ukrainian lyric poetry to contemporary poetry—infusing each performance with their own emotions and experiences.
The “I Recite 2026” competition became not only a creative contest but also a platform for self-expression, the exchange of experiences, and the strengthening of cultural ties between the communities.
The jury noted the participants’ high level of preparation, artistry, expressiveness, and sincerity in their performances. Each performance was unique and left its mark on the hearts of the audience.
We sincerely thank all participants for their talent, inspiration, and love of poetry. It is thanks to such people that the Ukrainian word continues to live, inspire, and unite.
