Schoolchildren from the Kostyantynivka and Oleksandriya communities created a joint electronic wall of remembrance

Published 20 February 2026 year, 14:08

As part of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities," from February 16 to 20, 2026, Kostyantynivka Secondary School No. 5, in cooperation with the Humanitarian Lyceum of the Oleksandriya City Council of the Kirovohrad Region, implemented a thematic initiative — the creation of an electronic wall of remembrance, "The Light That Has Not Gone Out," dedicated to the Day of the Heavenly Hundred Heroes.

The purpose of the event was to honor the feat of the participants in the Revolution of Dignity and to preserve the memory of the heroes who gave their lives for Ukraine's European choice, freedom, and democratic values. At the same time, the initiative was aimed at shaping the national consciousness of schoolchildren, fostering love for their homeland, and developing civic responsibility.

The electronic wall of remembrance was created on the Padlet online platform. On it, students presented postcards generated using artificial intelligence, in which they symbolically recreated the figures of our defenders through images of white angels. An important part of the project was video recordings of recitations of poems dedicated to the events of the Revolution of Dignity. With sincere words and emotions, the children conveyed the pain of loss and, at the same time, pride in the resilience of the Ukrainian people.

The electronic wall of remembrance became not only a creative result of joint work, but also a symbol of unity among students from different regions of Ukraine. The work on the project demonstrated a deep understanding of historical events, awareness of the significance of the Heavenly Hundred's feat, and everyone's responsibility for the future of the state.
