An online meeting was held between the teaching staff of the Kostiantynivka School of Arts and the Oleksandriya Music School, organized as part of the “Side by Side: United Communities” project.
Anna Utina, head of the music theory department at the Kostiantynivka School of Arts, associate professor at Kyiv International University, candidate of arts, and composer, presented a report titled “The Use of Storytelling and Neural Networks in the Work of a Music Theory Instructor.”
During her presentation, the expert shared her practical experience applying storytelling in solfège classes and within her original course, “Music Literacy and the English Language.” Using thematic, story-based lessons as examples, she demonstrated the possibilities of combining music, visual arts, English, and theatrical elements in the educational process.
Special attention was given to the use of artificial intelligence technologies in the work of modern educators. The capabilities of modern AI tools for creating educational texts, translations, presentations, video materials, illustrations, educational games, and musical content were demonstrated.
The meeting served as a platform for professional exchange of experiences, discussion of modern educational technologies, and the search for new approaches to teaching music theory disciplines.
