As part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” an online meeting was held on March 23 between the Centers for Professional Development of Educators of the Kostiantynivka and Uzhhorod City Councils.
The event, symbolically titled “Spring Pedagogical Gathering: We Learn and We Teach,” brought together educators from the two communities in their desire to support one another, share experiences, and find answers to today’s challenges together.
During the meeting, they discussed topics that are important and relevant to everyone. They discussed how to help students make up for lost learning and maintain their interest in education. They also shared ideas on how to create a safe and supportive environment for educators, where everyone can feel understood and confident.
Special attention was given to preparation for the National Assessment Test (NAT). Experts exchanged practical advice and experiences to help students prepare better and take the tests with confidence.
The meeting took place in a sincere, friendly atmosphere filled with trust, mutual support, and faith in the power of working together. It confirmed once again that when educators come together, new ideas are born, the professional community is strengthened, and new opportunities for the development of education open up.
We learn together. We teach together. We build the future together.
