#SideBySide
As part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities,” Serhiy Chaus, head of the Chasovoyarsk City Military Administration, took part in a plenary session of the Kremenchuk City Council.
During the meeting, he expressed his sincere gratitude to the leadership and members of the Kremenchuk City Council for their comprehensive support of the Chasovoyarsk community, particularly for providing financial assistance, which is extremely important during wartime.
Together with Kremenchuk Mayor Vitalii Maletskyi, they discussed future areas of cooperation between the communities.
One of the key issues was the possibility of providing housing for residents of the Chasovoyarsk community, specifically through accommodation in modular homes.
The community leaders also spoke with residents of the Chasovoyarsk community who are currently living in Kremenchuk. The residents raised a number of important issues, among which housing remains the most pressing.
Every request was listened to carefully, and the issues raised will form the basis for further joint efforts.
During his visit, Serhiy Chaus familiarized himself with the implementation in Kremenchuk of a modular housing project, which is set to accommodate internally displaced persons as early as this fall.
This initiative serves as an important example of effective cooperation between local governments and international partners in creating decent living conditions for people who have lost their homes due to the war.
The cooperation between the Chasovoyarsk and Kremenchuk communities is an example of true unity, mutual support, and responsibility. Only through joint efforts can we help those who need it most and work together to build a strong and united Ukraine.
