The decision was approved during the latest meeting of the Regional Defense Council.
Participants reviewed the operational situation, the implementation of mobilization tasks, the needs of military units, and coordination between the Defense Forces, district military administrations, and local communities.
The frontline situation remains extremely difficult. Russian forces continue to intensify pressure on Ukrainian positions and launch daily attacks on populated areas across the Donetsk region. Under these conditions, military personnel must receive the resources they need without delay.
"The allocated funds will be used to meet the priority needs of the units carrying out combat missions in the Donetsk region.
Every district and every community must understand its responsibility and maintain constant coordination with the military.
We will continue strengthening our defenders," emphasized Vadym Filashkin.
