As part of the national strategy to create a barrier-free space for cultural and educational professionals in Donetsk region, a training course entitled “Cultural adaptation for people with disabilities: developing inclusive programs and activities” was organized by the Donetsk Regional Cultural Training and Methodological Center.
Participants deepened their knowledge and practical skills in developing and implementing programs and activities that take into account the needs of people with disabilities, discussed current issues related to the adaptation of cultural spaces, the development of inclusive educational and artistic projects.
Such training is important for building a tolerant society and ensuring equal opportunities for the cultural fulfillment of every citizen, regardless of their physical abilities.
