In the Ruzhyn community, medical care is provided to patients by doctors from the Toretsk Central City Hospital, which has been relocated to the Zhytomyr region. The practical phase of providing medical care is being implemented as part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities.”
Thanks to the established cooperation between the communities, clinics are held where residents can consult with doctors of various specialties: a neurologist, a surgeon, a urologist, a gynecologist, an ultrasound diagnostician, and a general practitioner.
During the consultations, patients receive comprehensive advice, undergo necessary examinations, and are provided with personalized recommendations for further treatment. Based on the examination results, appropriate therapy is prescribed, and, if necessary, referrals are issued to specialized departments for additional testing.
This approach is a crucial step in ensuring the accessibility of medical services for community residents and demonstrates effective collaboration in the face of modern challenges. The implementation of this practice aims to ensure the stability and quality of medical care.
