Chaired by Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, a regular meeting of the “Transparency and Accountability” working group was held, during which the status of procurements by the Lyman City Community in 2026 was reviewed.

According to the regional state administration’s Department of Economy, between January 1 and October 27, 2026, the community plans to conduct 19 procurements of goods and services with a total value of 7.3 million hryvnias.

Oleksandr Zhuravlev, head of the Lyman City Military Administration, provided an overview of the procurement process. Members of the working group had the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the issues.

The meeting participants also reviewed general information about procurements planned by the contracting authorities of six territorial communities in Donetsk Oblast for the period from October 14 to 21, 2026. During this time, 17 procurements of goods, works, and services are planned, totaling 13.1 million hryvnias.

As a result of these procurements, four contracts were signed, including for the purchase of diesel fuel, the renovation of a non-residential building to create a temporary shelter for people with limited mobility and internally displaced persons, and a technical inspection of a residential building in Kramatorsk that was damaged as a result of armed aggression.

The work of the “Transparency and Accountability” group is aimed at ensuring transparency in the use of budget funds and adherence to the principles of efficiency and transparency in public procurement.
