Participants had the opportunity not only to learn about candle-making traditions but also to create authentic symbols of Easter with their own hands—candles made of natural beeswax, decorated with ornamental elements and heartfelt wishes. The atmosphere of the event was filled with creativity, kindness, and mutual support.
Teachers from the Toretsk community shared their experience and expertise, demonstrating various techniques for working with beeswax, the secrets of shaping candles, and methods for decorating them. Participants enthusiastically joined the process, experimenting with shapes and decorations to create unique pieces.
The workshop became not only a creative event but also a symbol of unity, as through this shared activity, participants felt the power of support and mutual aid. The candles they made will serve as decorations for the Easter holidays and a reminder of the importance of solidarity in our time.
Such initiatives prove once again that even in difficult times, Ukrainians are capable of creating beauty, supporting one another, and building strong bonds for the sake of a shared future.
