To mark Ukraine’s Independence Day, the State Service of Ukraine for Children is launching a flash mob titled “Children of Independent Ukraine,” designed to give children the opportunity to express their own vision of independence, freedom, and Ukraine’s future.
Children of all ages and with diverse life experiences are invited to participate. To participate, please record a short video in which the child completes the sentence: “For me, independence is…”.
The video must be posted on the official social media pages of the service, community, or institution, adding the hashtag #ДітиНезалежноїУкраїни and tagging the official page of the State Service of Ukraine for Children’s Affairs.
A child’s participation is voluntary and requires the consent of their parents or other legal guardians. During the filming and publication of the video, it is necessary to ensure respect for the child’s rights, dignity, and safety, and to prevent the disclosure of personal data, legal status, or other information.
