On the occasion of the birthday of the Donetsk region (July 2) and the Kramatorsk district (July 17), students of the Kramatorsk Vocational College of Technology and Design, who were forced to leave their homes due to the war and are currently temporarily residing in Dnipro, joined the artistic art project "My Donetsk: a heart that cannot be broken."
The event, organized by the IDP Support Center "WeAreTogether" of the Kramatorsk district, took place simultaneously in two cities – Dnipro and Poltava. Project participants recreated their vision of home – their native Donetsk, which will forever remain in their hearts – through paints, words, symbols, and memories.
For the students, participation in the project became not only a creative expression but also a way to maintain a connection with their native land, filled with pain for the losses, but also with hope for Ukraine's victory and a return home.
