Training from the employment service helped her return to her favorite job

Published 30 June 2025 year, 11:06

Lyubov Razumova is one of many residents of Donetsk region who were forced to change their home, city, and job due to the war. She used to live and work in Kostiantynivka and had experience working as a nurse, although she was trained as an electrical mechanic.

Due to the escalation of hostilities, she moved to the city of Kremenchuk. Her independent attempts to find work were unsuccessful: her age, lack of documentary evidence of relevant education, and difficulties in adapting all stood in her way.

Lyubov turned to the employment service specialists and received comprehensive support there. Referred by the service, she took a nursing course at the Odessa Center for Vocational and Technical Education. Thanks to her experience, perseverance, and desire to learn, she successfully completed her studies and started working at one of the hospitals in Kremenchuk the very next day.

“I am sincerely grateful to the employment service specialists! I didn't think that at 56 I would go back to school. But it was worth the effort — I am back in my profession and I believe in myself,” the woman shares.
