In April, students from the Kostyantynivka and Oleksandriia communities came together to work on a joint project titled “#МояРодинаМійСвіт” which is being implemented as part of the national project “Side by Side: United Communities.”
This initiative became a true space of warmth, sincerity, and family values, where students had the opportunity to share their family stories. Through social media, they shared photos and videos, talking about the traditions cherished in their families, family rituals, shared customs, favorite family activities, and memorable moments that shape the unique atmosphere of each family.
As part of the project, under the hashtag #MyFamilyMyWorld, heartfelt children’s stories came to life—about grandma’s recipes, family holidays, family heirlooms, and traditions passed down from generation to generation. Each piece became a small story about love for one’s home, respect for parents, and pride in one’s family.
The joint activities of students from the two communities fostered not only creative self-expression but also strengthened interregional cooperation, mutual understanding, and a sense of unity.
The “#МояРодинаМійСвіт” project became an important step in fostering a values-based attitude toward family, preserving cultural heritage, and promoting Ukrainian traditions as an integral part of national identity. It reaffirmed once again that Ukraine’s strength lies in strong families, sincere hearts, and the unity of generations.
