Andriy Chastov, Deputy Chair of the Pokrovsk Youth Council, led the “Horizon of Change” game for representatives of the Donetsk Oblast Regional Youth Congress, the Youth Council under the Donetsk Oblast State Administration, and the “Memori 86” Charitable Foundation.
This isn’t the first time Andriy has led this game. After completing special training, he became a facilitator for the game and now shares the knowledge he has gained with others, helping participants see familiar things in a new light and find solutions to pressing challenges.
The “Horizon of Change” game is a business simulation focused on the development of civil society organizations.
The session was lively: participants discussed various situations, shared their own thoughts, proposed ideas, and sought answers to difficult questions. The game didn’t offer ready-made solutions for every situation, but it did provide space for discussion, new perspectives, and a collaborative search for solutions.
Such meetings give young people the opportunity to better understand one another, hear different opinions, and see how ideas can be turned into concrete actions. It’s also a chance to get to know each other better, exchange experiences, and find people with whom they’ll want to launch new initiatives.
