If you’re planning to change careers or upgrade your skills using a training voucher from the employment center, take note of these key changes.
The main change is the requirement for letters of recommendation. From now on, vouchers will not be issued without confirmation of future employment.
People who are currently employed must provide a letter of recommendation from their current or prospective employer.
For unemployed citizens, the letter must come exclusively from a prospective employer who is willing to hire the person after they complete their training.
The list of documents required to obtain a voucher has also been updated: it now allows for the submission of electronic educational documents, documents certifying the award or recognition of professional qualifications, and confirmation of the results of non-formal vocational training.
