On the eve of Youth Day, a psycho-emotional event was held in Kryvyi Rih for residents and youth of Donetsk region
On the eve of Youth Day, a creative psycho-emotional event “Experience Shopper: Drawing Our Resources and Strength” was held in Kryvyi Rih for youth and residents of Donetsk region who relocated to Kryvyi Rih.
The event was held by the child-friendly space “VSE.SVIT” together with the youth center “Veselka/RainboW” of the Udachnensky community in cooperation with the Department of Family, Youth and Mass Events of National and Patriotic Education of the Regional State Administration.
The meeting became an opportunity for participants to distract themselves from everyday worries, feel support, communicate and, through creativity, draw attention to their own strengths and internal resources.
During the art therapy practice, participants created their own eco-shoppers, filling them with symbols, colors, images, and words that are associated with personal strength, dreams, achievements, and resources.
A feature of the event was the idea of the “experience shopper” — to turn experienced life lessons into internal support and take with you into the future what truly fills and supports you.
A self-made shopper became not just a useful thing, but a kind of resourceful reminder of your own value, strength, and ability to move forward.
