On January 10, as part of a visit by active young people from the Novogrodivka community to the western regions of Ukraine, a landmark meeting took place in Lviv. The delegation visited Molodvizh, the first youth center in the TVORY network, which has become a model for the development of youth infrastructure throughout the country.

The visit was facilitated by the Department of Family, Youth, and Mass Events of National Patriotic Education of the Donetsk Regional State Administration. Representatives of the Kalush Youth Council also joined the trip, underscoring the strong partnership between the sister communities.

The keynote speaker at the meeting was Pavlo Medina, a youth movement leader, certified trainer, and coordinator of Molodvizh. During his conversation with the youth of Donetsk Oblast, he shared his experience in creating effective youth spaces, talked about the success story of Lviv as the European Youth Capital 2025, and presented case studies of social projects implemented in challenging times.

"It is important for us to show children real examples of leadership. Pavlo Medina is a person whose initiatives are recognized at the national level. His experience proves that the energy and determination of young people can change the country. This is the kind of human capital we need to invest in today," emphasized Olga Sidorova, deputy head of the Novogrodivka MBA.

The meeting participants had the opportunity to discuss issues related to youth initiative management, facilitation, and engaging peers in public life. Informal communication between the youth of Novogrodivka and Kalush facilitated the exchange of ideas for future joint projects.

Such meetings are part of the systematic work of the Novogrodivka MBA in cooperation with the Donetsk Regional State Administration, aimed at supporting children who are forced to study far from home due to the war. Establishing lively communication between young leaders from different regions of Ukraine allows not only to exchange experiences, but also to strengthen the sense of unity and shared responsibility for the future of the country.
