Youth is not only the future, but also a key resource for the sustainable development of our communities. It is young people who form new meanings, build bridges of trust and introduce innovations where others see only problems. But do we really know what motivates young people to act and what hinders their participation in community development?
That is why the Donetsk Regional Youth Center invites young people aged 14 to 35 and youth workers to take an anonymous survey that will help us better hear your voice, your challenges and ideas.
This is a tool for in-depth study of:
- barriers that prevent participation;
- motivations that inspire action;
- real experiences that the youth of the Donetsk region experience every day.
The collected answers will become the basis for creating relevant programs and opportunities aimed specifically at the needs of your community. You are the ones who are targeted by the changes. It is your thoughts that will shape new approaches to working with youth.
