Young people in the region aged 16 to 22 now have the opportunity to take free online courses as part of the uBoost Career project. The initiative is designed to help students and young professionals navigate the modern job market, define their own career goals, and take their first steps toward building a career.
The course program lasts 4 weeks from the date of registration, and participants can begin their studies at any time that is convenient for them. The learning process combines self-paced online study with live Zoom sessions featuring practicing recruiters and representatives from leading companies.
The curriculum covers four key modules:
- A self-awareness module to identify strengths and personal potential.
- An analysis of the current job market and in-demand career fields.
- An overview of internal company processes and the specifics of various professions.
- A practical module on writing a resume (CV) and preparing for job interviews.
Upon completion of the course, participants will gain access to a database of current job openings and internships from the project’s partners, including PrivatBank, Comfy, EPAM, and other leading employers.
