Members of the Youth Council at the Oleksandrivka Village Council, as part of the Mini-Grant Program from the Coordination Humanitarian Center and JERU, implemented the project "Charging Station for the Community."
The charging stations are now located in community centers, and information corners have been set up nearby with rules for using the stations, useful tips, and contact details for assistance. The young people worked hard for several months, from developing the idea to implementing it, putting in maximum energy and creativity.
Now, every member of the community has the opportunity to recharge their mobile devices during power outages, obtain necessary information, and stay in touch with loved ones and emergency services.
This project is another step towards a stronger community that is ready for challenges, where young people are active and proactive, and citizens can feel supported and safe.
