The National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service, together with the Center for the Adaptation of the Civil Service to European Union Standards, has announced a nationwide creative competition for young people.
The initiative aims to engage motivated young people in the development and implementation of public policy, increase interest in public service, and unlock the potential of a new generation of leaders.
Young people aged 14 to 35 are eligible to participate in the competition—either individually or as part of creative teams.

- “Youth for an Ethical, Transparent, and Accountable State”
- “The Civil Service of the Future: Your Contribution”
- “Youth, Democracy, and State Resilience in Times of War and Recovery”
- “Change Education—Create the Future!”
- “Gender Equality and Inclusion as the Foundation for Recovery and EU Accession”
- “Youth in the Public Administration System: New Approaches and Prospects”
Stages and Deadlines:
- Submission of creative works — by September 30, 2026
- Review and evaluation of submissions — October 2026
- Selection and awarding of winners — November 2026
