Alina Sologub is a football coach from the city of Dobropillya, who has been training young athletes of the Donetsk region since 2017.
Her students regularly win prizes. In 2025, the girls’ futsal team won “silver” in the final of the all-Ukrainian project “Side by side. All-Ukrainian school leagues”, and in 2026, the boys’ and girls’ teams took second place at the regional stage.
Alina constantly improves her qualifications abroad: she took part in the training for coaches in Romania (FCSA), participated in the Erasmus+ project in Italy and studied the experience of the Ukrainian Football Federation in London. She organized a trip for the students of the Youth and Sports School to Prague for training and the participation of children in the "Carpathian Change" of the "Pearl of Donetsk" complex.
Between 2025 and 2026, Alina organized more than 40 events for 300 children and young people, including internally displaced persons. She co-organized the “Open Soccer Lessons” psychosocial support project and, in collaboration with a charitable foundation, accompanied 100 children on a health retreat to Zakarpattia. She also involves young people in the patriotic training programs “Call of the Steppe” and “Squall.”
Alina heads the sports department in the Dobropillya Youth Council, plays for the regional women's football team, and in 2026 took a course on national resistance.
