Ksenia Konyushok, a participant in the regional “Young Person of the Year 2026” competition in the “Youth Initiatives” category
Kseniia Koniushok is a participant in the Young Person of the Year 2026 regional competition, demonstrating through her own example that young people can unite communities, inspire others, and support their country even in the most challenging times.
After being forced to leave Donetsk Region because of the war, Kseniia continued her civic engagement. In 2024, she founded the dance groups "Koloryt" and "Impulse," bringing together internally displaced youth and local young people. Today, nearly 30 members not only develop their artistic talents but also actively participate in charitable and patriotic initiatives.
Under Kseniia's leadership, the groups regularly perform at charity concerts supporting the Armed Forces of Ukraine. These events raised nearly UAH 300,000 in 2025 and more than UAH 110,000 in 2026 to assist Ukrainian defenders.
Kseniia is also an active member of the NGO "Time of the Free," contributing to educational, cultural, and youth projects aimed at supporting internally displaced persons and promoting civic engagement.
