At the start of the full-scale invasion, Liliana Ryabenko served as head of the Malynivka administrative district, where she helped organize the evacuation of residents and address their urgent needs. Since October 2025, she has held the position of deputy head of the Hrodivka settlement military administration.
Following the community’s relocation, Liliana Ryabenko initiated the creation of the IDP Support Center. The centers provide displaced persons with social, humanitarian, and legal services. She also coordinates the implementation of the “eRecovery” program, helping residents who have lost their homes to complete paperwork and obtain certificates for new housing.
Among her other areas of activity are providing material assistance to mobilized and wounded soldiers and their families, developing barrier-free spaces for people with disabilities, and organizing health and wellness programs for children as part of the “Side by Side: United Communities” project.
Despite being forced to relocate, Liliana Ryabenko continues to oversee youth policy. She has retained the team of the Youth Council under the SVA and engages young people in volunteer and national-patriotic events.
