Having consciously chosen the profession of a rescuer, this individual dedicated his life to serving others and protecting the population. After the full-scale invasion began, while a cadet at the National University of Civil Protection of Ukraine, he carried out missions under conditions of constant danger and later continued his service in the frontline region of Donetsk Oblast.
Today, as a senior lieutenant in the civil protection service, he oversees the implementation of civil protection measures in the Pokrovsk district. He inspects protective structures, participates in the implementation of engineering and technical solutions during the development of project documentation, and helps improve the safety of the population and critical infrastructure under martial law.
At the same time, he has repeatedly been involved in evacuating civilians from active combat zones as part of the “Phoenix” rescue and evacuation team. Thanks to the team’s professional and coordinated efforts, dozens of people have been rescued, including elderly and mobility-impaired citizens. One of the most challenging missions was the evacuation of a woman from an area under constant threat of FPV drone strikes, during which rescuers carried her on foot to a safe vehicle, risking their own lives.
Through his courage, professionalism, and dedication, he proves every day that being a rescuer is not just a profession, but a true calling—one rooted in responsibility, fortitude, and a willingness to help people during the most difficult moments of their lives.
