Participant of the regional competition "Young Person of the Year - 2026" in the nomination "Shield of Law and Order" Oleksandr Tsupykov
Olexandr Tsupykov was born in Druzhkivka, Donetsk Oblast. From 2015 to 2021, he worked in the security sector as a security chief, where he gained experience in responding to crisis situations. In 2021, he consciously joined the ranks of the patrol police.
Striving to effectively help people in wartime, Oleksandr completed specialized CLS, BLS and Stop The Bleed first aid courses. For conscientious performance of duties, he was awarded the commemorative badge "For Dedicated Service to the Ukrainian People" of the 2nd degree.
Currently, Oleksandr is serving in Kramatorsk. His work includes not only maintaining order, but also assisting civilians during enemy shelling.
On July 10, 2026, after a guided bomb attack on the Bilenke and Lazurny neighborhoods, Oleksandr was one of the first to arrive at the scene. Despite the risk of repeated shelling, he and his colleagues evacuated a woman from a smoke-filled entrance and provided first aid to a seriously injured man with an amputation of his limbs, stabilizing his condition until the arrival of doctors.
For Oleksandr, service consists of prompt and decisive actions. His professional training and endurance help save lives in the most critical situations.
