Contestant in the regional “Young Person of the Year – 2026” contest, in the “Energy of Care and Support” category: Tetyana Gryukova
Tetyana Gryukova is an organizational development, youth, and volunteerism specialist at the Kramatorsk City Branch of the Ukrainian Red Cross Society, who has dedicated her work to supporting people and developing the volunteer movement in a frontline community.
For the past two years, she has been coordinating volunteer efforts, organizing humanitarian, social, and educational initiatives, engaging young people in volunteer work, and implementing projects aimed at helping residents of the Kramatorsk community. With her involvement, dozens of forums, training sessions, charity events, workshops, informational events, and humanitarian aid distributions have been held, bringing people together and providing support to those who needed it most.
In her work, Tetiana helps children, youth, internally displaced persons, the elderly, people with disabilities, and families facing difficult life circumstances. She is convinced that true help begins with humanity, attention, and compassion.
In addition to her professional work, Tetyana is a member of the Youth Council under the Executive Committee of the Kramatorsk City Council, where she actively participates in the development of youth policy and the implementation of community initiatives.
Her work exemplifies responsibility, sincere service to the community, and a commitment to bringing people together, proving that even in a city near the front lines, care, support, and volunteerism can change lives for the better.
