The native language is the soul of a nation, its history, the memory of generations, and spiritual strength. Every word expresses love for the homeland, every line expresses resilience and faith in the future. Language is the most powerful talisman of our culture, the strongest tool for preserving and developing Ukraine's material and spiritual heritage.
From February 5 to 21, the Donetsk Regional Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity held a regional campaign called "The Language of the Heart about Ukraine." This vibrant and inspiring initiative brought together more than 300 students from extracurricular and general secondary education institutions in Donetsk Oblast.
Talented young Donetsk residents filled the information space with the beauty of Ukrainian poetry and the power of their native language:
- they published videos reciting poems in which they sincerely expressed their love for the Ukrainian language, glorifying their native land and the greatness of their country in poetic lines;
- read the works of great Ukrainian poets, putting the warmth of their hearts and pride in Ukraine into every word.
The Ukrainian language lives, sounds, and grows stronger even in the most difficult times. It unites us, inspires us, and leads us forward — to victory, to peace, to a bright future for our state.
You can view the works on the "Extracurricular Activities of Donetsk Region" page on Facebook under the hashtags:

Happy Native Language Day! May the Ukrainian language sound proud, confident, and victorious in every corner of our country!
