The Mykolaiv settlement community in Donetsk Oblast signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Fastiv city community in Kyiv Oblast and joined the fourth wave of the national project "Side by Side: United Communities."
The memorandum was signed by Volodymyr Khalabuzar, head of the Mykolaiv settlement military administration, and Mykhailo Netyazhuk, mayor of Fastiv.
This is a concrete sign of solidarity, recognition of our resilience, and the willingness of the Fastiv city community to walk this difficult path with us.
When a partner community lends a helping hand, it restores faith in humanity. It is proof of the unity of Ukrainians and their willingness to work together for common development and mutual support.
The purpose of the Memorandum is to establish partnerships between communities to overcome the consequences of armed aggression, strengthen resilience and social cohesion, restore community life, and create conditions for social adaptation and support for displaced persons, community veterans, and families of military personnel.
Community leaders outlined possible avenues for further cooperation aimed at strengthening interaction, exchanging experience, and implementing joint projects.
In difficult times, it is important to be together! After all, support gives us the strength to move forward.
