Despite the worsening security situation, the population of Donetsk region receives charitable aid every week.
Last week, more than 236 tons of charitable aid were distributed, including food packages, hygiene products, building materials, non-food items, medical supplies, bottled drinking water, etc.
First and foremost, assistance was provided to pensioners, large families, families with young children, and other vulnerable groups.
The most significant assistance is provided by charitable and public organizations such as: GLOBAL EMPOWERMENT MISSION UA (GEM), Angels of Salvation, Avalist, World Central Kitchen, Prolyska, Ordinary People, Donetsk Regional Organization of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine, International Medical Corps, and many others.
The Donetsk Regional State Administration expresses its sincere gratitude to all charitable organizations and volunteers who work selflessly, risking their lives to deliver aid to the most remote corners of our region.
