Changes to the registration of conscripts with local government bodies and military administrations were discussed on April 9 at a seminar attended by representatives of district and local military administrations. Over 190 specialists from the Donetsk region participated in the seminar.
The following issues were also addressed during the event:
- changes in legislation regarding mobilization, military service, registration, deferrals, and exemptions from service;
- support for the families of fallen (deceased) Defenders of Ukraine: procedures for confirming status and social support for the families of military personnel and those released from captivity;
- non-violent self-motivation: finding meaning in difficult times;
- compensation programs for employers from the State Employment Service;
- submitting proposals to the List of territories where hostilities are (were) taking place or that are temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation.
The seminar was organized and conducted by the Department for Interaction with Local Self-Government Bodies in collaboration with relevant structural units of the Regional State Administration, the Donetsk Regional Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support, the Donetsk Regional Center for Social Services, and the Donetsk Regional Employment Center.
