Under the leadership of Igor Boiko, Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, a meeting was held to discuss the functioning of “Points of Invincibility” in the region.
Participants discussed the current state of affairs regarding the opening and operation of these facilities, which are designed to provide people with heat, light, communication, and security in the difficult conditions of wartime. Particular attention was paid to problematic issues arising in the course of their work, in particular ensuring uninterrupted power supply, stable operation of generators, access to the Internet, and an adequate level of safety for visitors.
Ihor Boiko stressed the need for constant coordination between authorities, utilities, and military administrations so that each facility is ready to operate at any time and meets the needs of residents.
He also added that as of October 2, 2025, there are 82 points of invincibility in the region (excluding territories temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation).
Following the meeting, a number of decisions were made to address the identified problems and improve the efficiency of the “Points of Invincibility” in the Donetsk region.
