At the request of Yuriy Vinokurov, First Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration and Regional Commissioner for Accessibility, a working meeting was held with the participation of heads of the regional state administration’s departments and officials responsible for accessibility initiatives.
The topic of the meeting was the status of implementation of the 2025–2026 Action Plan for implementing the National Strategy for Creating an Accessible Environment in Ukraine through 2030 in the region.
Vasyl Teklyuk, Head of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture, reported on the status of the Action Plan’s implementation, discussed the organization of additional measures that had been included, and outlined immediate tasks for the departments designated as the primary implementers.
Olena Svidrak, Deputy Director of the Regional State Administration’s Department of Education and Science and Head of the Department of Educational Policy and Management; Volodymyr Bilokopytyi, Head of the Regional State Administration’s Department of Informatization and Digitalization; and Svitlana Koplyanok, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, took an active part in the discussion of certain aspects of the measures’ implementation.
The meeting participants discussed the challenges they face in implementing specific program provisions under current conditions and developed strategies to overcome them.
