Deputy Head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration Ihor Boiko inspected the region's resilience centers and assessed their readiness to operate during blackouts.

Currently, Donetsk region is increasingly facing blackouts caused by enemy shelling and damage to critical infrastructure. In such conditions, resilience centers are an important source of support for the population, as they allow people to warm up, charge their communication devices, use the internet, and receive necessary assistance during martial law.

According to Ihor Boiko, the stable operation of such points is one of the priorities of the regional authorities.

"In conditions of constant shelling and possible prolonged power outages, the points of invincibility must be fully ready to operate at any moment. These are places where people can get warmth, communication, and feel the support of the state. It is our duty to ensure their uninterrupted operation and adequate conditions for citizens," he stressed.

Ihor Boiko noted that all resilience centers must be provided with fuel for generators, have fuel reserves for heating premises, access to the Internet, and other necessary supplies for rapid response to emergencies. Given the security situation in the region, visitors to the points of invincibility must have access to shelters. The deputy head of the region stressed that work on setting up points of invincibility will continue.
