On January 15, 2026, an online meeting of the regional platform "Dialogue between Government and Business" was held in Donetsk Oblast on the topic "Opportunities of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services web portal."
The dialogue took place within the framework of the regional online platform "Dialogue between Government and Business," created on the instructions of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy with the aim of promptly resolving pressing issues and problems faced by entrepreneurs.
More than 150 representatives of business and government in Donetsk Oblast joined the dialogue, with Yulia Manko, head of the electronic employment record book formation department No. 1 of the Main Directorate of the Pension Fund in Donetsk Oblast, acting as speaker.
During the online meeting, participants learned about the capabilities of the Pension Fund of Ukraine's electronic services web portal. They examined in detail the procedure for digitizing employment records; the mechanism for employers and employees to submit employment records in electronic form; how to properly audit employment records to prevent errors; methods of authorization on the PFU web portal; and methods of correcting personal data in the register of insured persons.
