Every day, participants of the “Recovery Army” contribute to tasks that help ensure the stable functioning of communities in Donetsk Oblast. They assist elderly people, residents with limited mobility, and people with disabilities. For many recipients, this support is critically important — from delivering humanitarian aid packages to providing basic care.
This year, 2,606 referrals for socially useful work have been issued in the region within the framework of the project.
In communities across Donetsk region, participants of the “Recovery Army” are involved in restoring damaged buildings, clearing debris after shelling, arranging shelters, and carrying out routine repairs. These are tasks that require prompt action and allow people to remain and work in their communities.
